Using Blink Stop

By using the game, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the game with your parent or guardian's permission. Version 1 is free and has no accounts, advertising, or in-app purchases.

Play comfortably

Blink Stop is an entertainment game, not a medical device or a treatment, vision test, or focus-training program. Blink normally whenever you need to. Stop immediately if your eyes feel dry, strained, painful, or uncomfortable. Take breaks and do not use the game while driving or doing an activity that needs your attention. A score is never a reason to ignore discomfort.

Permission and local results

Camera access is optional, but required for camera gameplay. Processing takes place on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. Detection can vary with lighting, eyewear, hardware, and facial positioning. Scores are informal results with no prizes or financial value. Local names and scores are stored on your device and are not submitted to a public leaderboard.

Selfies and sharing

You control whether to export a selfie or share a result. Only capture or share images of people with their permission. You are responsible for the destination you select and any copies created there. Do not use the game to harass others or distribute unlawful content.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the game in accordance with these terms. Do not interfere with its operation, access systems without authorization, or misrepresent your affiliation with us. Third-party components retain their own licenses, available in Third-Party Notices.

Availability and limitations

The game is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfectly accurate detection, or recovery of lost local data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, stopping use, and applicable law

You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. We may fix, update, or discontinue features. Material updates to these terms will be published with a new date. California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and protections where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory consumer remedies.

Platform terms and support

Your use of Apple or Google services remains subject to their terms. Nova Acquisitions LLC is responsible for Blink Stop and its support; Apple and Google are not its sponsors. Contact novaacquisitionsllc@gmail.com for support.
